  • Publication number: 20230387628
Abstract: A high-voltage plug assembly includes a stationary first plug and a second plug that is movable along a connecting direction of the plugs. The plugs have mutually complementary plug contact elements. The second plug further has connection lines connected to its plug contact elements. An outlet direction of the connection lines extends perpendicular to the connecting direction. The second plug further has a position-securing element (PSE) that is displaceable along a displacement direction perpendicular to the connecting direction and that mechanically locks the plugs together when the plugs are connected while the PSE is displaced to a slide position. The PSE includes pairs of pins whose longitudinal axes are oriented in the PSE displacement direction and which are situated in pairs one behind the other in the PSE displacement direction. In the slide position in which the plugs are locked together, the pins respectively engage recesses of the plugs.

  • Patent number: 11699877
Abstract: A plug connector assembly includes first and second connector housings, a rotary lever, and a slide. The rotary lever has side faces each having a guide path into which in each case a guide pin on the second connector housing is inserted and is displaced along the guide path by rotation of the rotary lever whereby the connector housings move toward one another and electrical contact elements thereof connect. The slide is movable on the second plug connector housing. A driver element of the rotary lever cooperates in a form-fit manner with a driver element of the slide when the rotary lever rotates causing the slide to linearly move. A locking element of the slide is displaced relative to a locking element of the first connector housing when the slide linearly moves whereby a form-fit locking action between the locking elements may be established or cancelled.

  • Publication number: 20230056007
Abstract: A self-aligning electrical connector system for data and/or energy transmission includes first and second connector parts and a support frame. The first connector part includes positioning pins, flat elements, and a ball socket positioned between the flat elements. The second connector part is attachable to the first connector part and includes positioning chambers engageable with the positioning pins to achieve a coarse positioning of the connector parts relative to one another. The support frame has a flat central bar including spring arms. A ball is supported by the ball socket. The first connector part is supported on the support frame by spring forces of the spring arms acting on the flat elements and is supported on the ball with the ball being rollable on the central bar whereby the first connector part is floatingly arranged on the support frame and is shiftable and tiltable relative to the support frame.

  • Patent number: 10050381
Abstract: A plug connector part includes a housing having first and second housing parts. The housing parts are joined together parallel to a plug contact insertion direction. The housing parts have lateral surfaces which face one another when the housing parts are joined together. The housing parts have parallel grooves at their lateral surfaces. The grooves form plug contact receiving channels when the housing parts are joined together. The plug contacts have lances which engage projections of the receiving channels when the plug contacts are fully received within the receiving channels. The first housing part includes spring tongues along the grooves of the first housing part for fixing the plug contacts within the receiving channels. The spring tongues have tab-like sections which extend into the receiving channels and engage the plug contacts to fix the plug contacts within the receiving channels in a form-fit manner.
