A command and control unit has a first memory in which the operating sequences of the plurality of elementary mixing cycles are memorized, and is connected to a data introduction device associated with a second memory in which the characteristics of the container or of the product to be mixed are memorized. Each operating sequence of the determinate mixing cycle is pre-defined according to the characteristics memorized in the second memory.

Abstract: Clamping device and method to temporarily clamp, in a mixing machine (11), a container (12) containing a fluid product, comprising two clamping elements (20, 21), opposite each other and able to clamp the container (12) in a determinate position. A movement mechanism (22), controlled by a control unit (24), is able to reciprocally move the clamping elements (20, 21) and impart thereto a clamping force (F) or clamping impulse, according to the actual height (L) of the container (12). The control unit (24) is also able to calculate, as a function of the clamping force (F), a relative clamping speed (v3), at which to move reciprocally the two clamping elements (20, 21) so as to clamp the container.

Abstract: Containing device for containing and correctly holding closed container (11) for fluid products inside a mixing machine (12) for said fluid products. The containing device comprises a container element (13) provided with at least a lateral wall (14) that define a compartment (24), which is open and accessible from above, has a longitudinal axis (X) in the center and in which the container (11) is able to be disposed with play. Radial pressure elements (15) are disposed on substantially opposite sides with respect to the longitudinal axis (X) and are moveable in synchrony in order to selectively clamp the container (11) in a central position inside the compartment (24).

Abstract: A locking grate for a floor sink includes a screen member having holes dimensioned to allow the passage of liquid but prevent the passage of solid waste and a mounting hole, a threaded member dimensioned to extend through the mounting hole, and a locking member which is adapted to be engaged by the threaded member. According to a presently preferred embodiment, the threaded member is a screw having a non-standard or atypical head which requires a non-standard or unusual screw driver. The locking member includes a tube which is orthogonally engaged by the screw and which has at least one rod slideably disposed therein. The tube and the rod are arranged such that when the screw engages the tube, the screw forces the rod to slide partially out of the tube. The end of the rod which extends out of the tube is preferably provided with a surface which frictionally engages the inner wall of the floor sink drain pipe.

Impellers fixed to the shaft between the bearings hurl solid material against rings arranged around the impellers, and the rings have multi-sided interiors with ridges and grooves confronting the impeller and angled inward from bottom to top of each ring.
