  • Publication number: 20220234775
Abstract: The procedure of the invention consists in manufacturing and/or transforming flexible containers in vertical filling and sealing machines that manufacture or process English fold, stable bottom or pad type containers, by generating and sealing flaps at the top and/or bottom of the lateral sides of the previous pre-container (6a) or subsequent pre-container (6b) arranged in the vertical machine. Impact bodies (2; 3) installed in the vertical machine are used, which, when operated, hit, push and fold at least part of at least one side or lateral side on at least another part of another side or contiguous side, thus generating at least any one of the flaps such as: the plus flaps (11; 12; 13), triangular body flaps (14) manipulated triangular body flaps (15) the flap folded on itself (15a) or the strip flap (15b). Subsequently, the flaps are sealed, by means of a sealing mode like that of a resistance, in order to keep the generated flap permanently stable.

  • Publication number: 20190161218
Abstract: Procedures and devices to transform three dimensional flexible sealed containers of at least two faces or sides and which in their interior contain at least one fluid and, optionally or complementarily, solid or solids, granulates or powders, by folding at least once over itself, towards at least one direction: at least part of at least one flap/triangular shape (36) or strip (37) over at least part of another part of the same flap/triangular shape (36) or strip (37), alongside with also previously and/or posteriously there will be a seal of at least one part by at least one face or side of the flap/triangular body (36) or strip (37) generated and/or being this one folded at least once over itself. This system supposes improvements regarding the inalterability of the container, economic and ecological considerations by not having to cut the flaps or triangular shapes, keeping it intact, without fissures or tearings in the initial container body, transformed in 3D.

  • Publication number: 20150251374
Abstract: From an initial flexible sealed package, of at least two sides, intended to contain at least one fluid and in a complementary manner at least one solid or solids/granules/powdery, it becomes a modified flexible package that has a three dimensional configuration which incorporates at least one surface or support face to stay stably upright or at least one additional surface.

  • Publication number: 20150128529
Abstract: The aim of the invention is to transform an initial packaging consisting of a flexible material such as roll film and sealed by at least two welded joints with a liquid substance inside, into a packaging having a cubic shape with at least three faces. The method and installation using a machine comprise the following steps: 1—the initial packaging is blocked and immobilised by means of subjection clamps which maintain a constant pressure at all times, towards the inside of the initial packaging, but with regulatable damping; 2—an impact clamp (6) hits any of the perimeter lateral side or sides of the initial packaging head-on, so that the packaging inflates, thereby taking on the cubic shape, and the flaps are created; and 3—the flaps are then sealed and cut. The most significant advantages of the invention are that very small cubic packagings can be produced, and at the same time the logistical costs are reduced as a result of the absence of flaps.
