    Abstract: A five-axis linkage synchronous tool path interpolation method and system, which utilizes the strict proportional coefficient relationship between points, control points and parameters on the first-order derivative curve of the spline curve, more accurate tool axis path curve interpolation points from the parameters of the tool tip path curve are calculated. There is no need to calculate the tool axis path curve interpolation points according to interval synchronization. It is not affected by the shape consistency of the tool tip path curve and the tool axis path curve.

The eye gaze tracking method includes: capturing, by at least two cameras, frames of facial images when a viewer views display screen; segmenting a current frame of facial image with pre-trained eye detection model to obtain an image for left and right eyes; calculating a similarity between the current frame of facial image and each of previous N frames of facial images; if the similarity between the current frame of facial image and each of previous N frames of facial images is less than the preset threshold, detecting a position on display screen at which the eyes of the viewer gaze with pre-trained eye detection model. Embodiments of the present disclosure can improve accuracy and efficiency of eye gaze tracking.

    Abstract: An on-column detector for electrophoresis samples based on the principles of potential gradient detection, in which the electrodes for detection are physically isolated from the electrophoretic separation process, but maintains the same electrical potential as the corresponding interior of the electrophoretic separation channel. Potential gradient detection is used to measure the applied electrical field at two points within the electrophoretic channel during electrophoresis. When sample components with conductivity different from the electrophoretic medium passes between these two points, it causes a change in the potential gradient between the two points, which would be sensed by the sensing electrodes of the detector and registered by a data acquisition system. The apparatus can make use of conventional separation channel as well as separation channels on microchips.
