Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for bone regeneration comprising METTL7A-overexpressing stem cells, a method for preparing the same, and a cell therapy product comprising the same. According to the invention, it is possible to enhance the osteogenic differentiation ability and viability of stem cells compared to conventional stem cell therapy products for bone regeneration.

Abstract: A method of processing print job data received in a deep sleep mode by an image forming apparatus which performs a print job based on authentication includes: detecting a wakeup event at at least one external input port included in the image forming apparatus, parsing print job data while maintaining the deep sleep mode if the wakeup event is reception of the print job data, checking whether an authentication field value for performing authentication exists in the parsed print job data, and ignoring the wakeup event and keeping the deep sleep mode if the authentication field value does not exist based on the checking.

The security server includes a security information storage to store the security information, a security server control to receive the security information from the receiving facsimile machine and to update the received security information into the security server control An interface controlled by the security server control transmits the updated security information to the receiving facsimile machine, in response to a request issued by the receiving facsimile machine via a security communication line different from a communication line that transmits the document data from the transmitting facsimile machine to the receiving facsimile machine. The security information includes identifications and passwords of the authorized users.

Abstract: A refrigerator includes a freezer compartment in which an ice maker is disposed. The ice maker includes an ice-making container and an operating mechanism for automatically twisting the container to cause ice to fall from the container. The operating mechanism includes a test switch that can be manually actuated to cause the operating mechanism to perform its functions. The test switch includes an electrical contact and a manually actuable button for activating the contact. The button is in the form of a strip formed of one piece with a wall of a case in which the contact is disposed. One end of the strip remains integral with the case wall to create an inherent bias for positioning a free end of the strip in spaced relationship to the contact, in the absence of a separate elastic spring element.

Abstract: An automatic ice-making mechanism for a refrigerator includes a tray having a groove on its bottom surface. A temperature sensor is mounted in the groove. The temperature sensor includes a temperature-sensitive element disposed at a top of the groove, an insulating member disposed beneath the temperature-sensitive element, and a housing pushing the insulating member upwardly against the walls of the groove. The housing has a pair of ribs, each rib carrying a projection that fits into a respective eye formed on the bottom of the tray. The ribs are elastically flexible toward one another to enable the projections to be removed from the eyes.

Abstract: An automatic ice maker includes an ice-making tray rotatable between an upright ice-making position, and an inverted ice-discharging position. A container disposed beneath the tray receives the discharged ice. A cam wheel rotates with the tray and includes first and second cams that actuate first and second switches, respectively. A controller connected to the switches determines the position of the tray on the basis of the states of the switches. A lever detects whether the container is full of ice. When the container is full, the lever actuates the second switch in order to prevent further ice-making operations, regardless of the orientation of the first and second cams.

Abstract: An automatic ice maker adapted for use in a refrigerator includes an ice-making container rotatable between an upright ice-making position and an inverted ice-discharging position by a motor. A reservoir is disposed beneath the container to receive the discharged ice. The position of the container is determined by switches which are actuated by cams that rotate with the container. Signals from the switches are fed to a controller which stops and starts the motor and determines the direction of motor rotation. In order to prevent excessive overtravel of the container, e.g., in the case of switch malfunction, stops are provided which stop the rotation of the container independently of the controller.
