The first computing device includes a communication unit that is configured to communicate with the second computing device. The first computing device includes an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to integrate a first set of accident information with a second set of accident information. The electronic control unit is configured to link a record that represents a combined set of accident information that incorporates the integrated first set and second set of accident information to the distributed ledger.
