  • Publication number: 20220057477
Abstract: A piston and cylinder unit (1) of a working machine, for example a wheel loader, excavator, tipper, crane or stacker or a lifting platform serves to steer, support, extend, pivot, lift or other movements of the working machine or of a tool or a different part of the working machine. The piston and cylinder unit (1) includes a cylinder (2), a piston (7) being arranged in the cylinder (2) to be axially movable along a longitudinal center axis (54) and a piston position detection unit (28). The cylinder (2) includes a mounting bore (27) extending radially in the cylinder (2). The piston position detection unit (28) is arranged in the mounting bore (27) and detects the axial position of the piston (7) in the cylinder (2) by high frequency technology. The piston position detection unit (28) includes an antenna (46) for sending and receiving high frequency signals. A collimator (57) is arranged in the beam path of the antenna (26).

  • Patent number: 5966291
Abstract: A power module for the control of electric motors is described which displays an integrated design and provides the following functional units: A power unit with a circuit arrangement on the upper side of a substrate with power semiconductor components. A cooling unit with a cooling medium flowing through it, which has a heat sink with structured surface formed as an insert section onto which the underside of the substrate is directly fitted. A control unit with semiconductor components arranged on a carrier, which is arranged in parallel to and at a given distance from the substrate of the power unit. Contact pins between the substrate of the power unit and the carrier of the control unit for the connection and contacting of the circuit arrangement of the power unit with the semiconductor components on the control unit. A housing body, which encloses the power unit and the control unit.

  • Patent number: 5319243
Abstract: In an electronic assembly whose components or circuit components are combined into at least two sub-assemblies or function units, one or more of the sub-assemblies or function units are disposed on a first substrate comprising a first substrate material. The first substrate is in its turn disposed with one or more further sub-assemblies or function units on a second substrate comprising a second substrate material.

  • Patent number: 5159532
Abstract: The object of the patent application is an electronic control unit with triggering and power components, in particular an ignition control unit, whose electronic circuit comprises various assemblies in hybrid technology. To reduce the assembly expenditure and costs for manufacture, while at the same time reducing the volume, the invention provides for the assemblies of the electronic circuit to be integrated in a hybrid circuit and arranged on a single common carrier element. This carrier element is designed as an electrically non-conductive ceramic carrier of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, by which the electronic circuit of the control unit is electrically insulated from a heat sink.
