Abstract: A panel unpacking method includes (1) providing a panel unpacking device, which includes a pickup device including a manipulator and suction cups mounted to the manipulator and a conveyance device including a main body, a mounting board mounted to the main body, pins mounted to the mounting board, and cushioning device installed on the pins; (2) moving the manipulator to approach the panel until the suction cups of the manipulator get into contact with the panel; (3) the suction cups sucking and holding the panel and the manipulator making a movement to lift up the panel; (4) the manipulator carrying the panel to approach the pins of the conveyance device until the panel gets into contact with the contact sections of the pins; and (5) the suction cups releasing the panel to allow the panel to bee stably positioned on the pins of the conveyance device.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a stacking machine, which comprises a base, a body movably arranged on the base, and a translational mechanism for driving the body to make a translational motion on the base. The synchronous belt used in the present invention can effectively resolve the problem of slipping caused by wheel rolling, and thus enables the movement of the stacking machine to be more accurate, with the highest speed of the movement also increased significantly. Besides that, the synchronous belt mechanism is more accurate in positioning, which reduces the number of times of repeated adjustments and maintenance caused by bigger positioning errors.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a crane and an automated storage and retrieval system. The crane includes a first arm, a second arm, a first vertical transmission mechanism and a second vertical transmission mechanism. The first vertical transmission mechanism transmits the first arm and the second arm to move vertically in a synchronous manner, and the second vertical transmission mechanism transmits the second arm to move vertically with respect to the first arm. As such, the present invention can increase the moving volume of a single turn of movement as well as improve the moving efficiency and production efficiency.
