Abstract: Embodiments herein describe tools and instruments for holding, transferring, delivering, deploying an implantable device and methods and means of aseptically storing and shipping the implantable device including but not limited to a device case for protecting, housing and filling the device, a surgical sizer for preparing the implantable site, a deployer for transferring the implantable device from the device case and delivering or deploying the implantable device at the prepared implantable site.

Abstract: Catheter-delivered endovascular medical devices are described. The devices may include a pull wire attached to a distal body. The distal body may be formed of a distal body outer body comprising a basket comprised of a plurality of cells defined by a plurality of basket strips and a distal body inner body located in the interior of the distal body outer body and comprising a plurality of distal braided mesh openings formed by a plurality of woven linear strands. The distal braided mesh openings may be smaller than the cells when the device is in the relaxed state. Methods of using and making the devices are also described.

Abstract: A workflow can be managed by presenting one or more questions to a user, wherein the questions are associated with a present status of an entity being processed through a workflow; receiving input from the user corresponding to the presented questions; evaluating the received input to determine whether one or more tasks associated with the present status have been completed; determining to advance the entity to a subsequent status in the workflow if each of the tasks associated with the present status has been completed; and executing an action mapping to advance the entity. Further, it can be determined not to advance the entity to the subsequent status in the workflow if each of the one or more tasks associated with the present status has not been completed. Thus, the entity can be retained in the present status or transferred to a previous status in the workflow.
