    Abstract: A butcher's cart for meat after slaughter, comprising a pair of uprights (1) on wheels. The uprights are formed by tubes with a non-angular cross section, and are provided with hanging elements. A set of removable hanging modules (2) is provided, each module being formed by a V-shaped plate. Each plate is provided at its two ends with hanging elements complementary to those of the uprights. At least one of the longitudinal edges of each plate is provided with notches (10) of a size and shape suitable for receiving and suspending of meat to be transported.
