    Abstract: A process for measuring vibrations, especially nervous trembling in living organisms, and a device for implementing the process in disclosed. The device consists of a sensor which converts the vibrations into an electric signal processed by an electronic circuit making it possible to either display the result or to transmit the result to other apparatus. The different elements may or may not be contained within the same housing. The process and device serve essentially for measuring the degree of irritability and is for use by the general public, for medical checks on patients under supervision for neurological problems (Parkinson's disease, senile trembling, etc.) and for laboratory checks to measure trembling in living organisms in varied circumstances and especially after injection or ingestion of certain substances.
