Abstract: An educational system including a set of characters comprising foam numbers, operational symbols, and advanced problem solving activities each of which includes touch sensitive fasteners which can be applied to a collapsible, touch sensitive board. The set of math manipulatives permits a student to carry out all pre-algebraic calculations upon a vertical surface by using the touch fasteners to fasten the characters onto the collapsible touch sensitive board.
