  • Publication number: 20150368969
Abstract: This invention relates to a curtain retractor without drawstring, which has a retractor major body comprising a mounting seat and a side cover. A transmission rod for coupling with a curtain retracting unit is provided within an accommodation space of the mounting seat. A worm is provided to mesh with a worm gear provided on the transmission rod. Further, the worm is connected with a rotatable rod unit which is to replace conventional drawstring. By implementing the non-drawstring type curtain retractor of the present invention, the accident of children's neck wrapping around by a drawstring, used in conventional curtain structure to roll up and down a fabric, to cause strangulation can be effectively avoided.

  • Patent number: 7287569
Abstract: A Venetian blind includes a control, a square transmission shaft joined to the control, an external tube, and a reel tube having an external spiral groove, along which a lift cord is wound; the external tube has two elongate protrusions parallel to an axis thereof on an outer side; the elongate protrusions define a tunnel in between, and have opposing gaps on the edges thereof, and they are formed with such a shape that a lengthways-extending aperture is provided between edges thereof; a tilt cord is passed over, and joined to the external tube with a middle knot thereof being detained in the tunnel of the external tube, and with two ends thereof being passed through the gaps of the elongate protrusions of the external tube; thus, the tilt cord will always move together with the external tube.

  • Publication number: 20070084570
Abstract: A blind lift device includes a fixed support, a rotating member next to the fixed support, a bead chain passed over the rotating member, a first planetary gear train between the fixed support and the rotating member, a brake member joined to the rotating member, a cap, a second planetary gear set between the brake member and the cap, and a main shaft; the second planetary gear set has a connecting shaft portion projecting through the cap, and planetary gears engaged with the brake member and an internal gear of the cap; the main shaft is joined to the connecting shaft portion and a covering member of a blind; thus, the rotational velocity ratio of the main shaft to the rotating member can be changed to suit different covering members by means of selecting and using suitable planetary gear trains according to the dimensions and weights of the covering members.
