    Abstract: A light-weight, compact, portable knock-down crib comprised of a single flat sheet of foldable material having an integrally formed rectangular base. A pair of side wall and end wall panels are foldable on folding score lines about the base. Attachment tabs and slots are provided to interlock the panels elevated transversely from the base in a position of use to form an open-top enclosure. Collapsing folding score lines extend transversely across the flat sheet and centrally align with the pair of side wall panels. The panels are foldable on the rectangular base and the flat sheet is folded into a hand-portable package.
