    Abstract: A building having columns supported on footings, and a flat roof supported on the columns. The roof contains a pool of water. Bolts are embedded in each footing. The columns are mounted on leveling plates which are vertically, adjustably mounted on the bolts. The roof is leveled by adjustment of the leveling plates.
