Abstract: In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to an integrated circuit (IC) in which a memory structure comprises an inhibition layer inserted between two ferroelectric layers to create a tetragonal-phase dominant ferroelectric structure. In some embodiments, the ferroelectric structure includes a first ferroelectric layer, a second ferroelectric layer overlying the first ferroelectric layer, and a first inhibition layer disposed between the first and second ferroelectric layers and bordering the second ferroelectric layer. The first inhibition layer is a different material than the first and second ferroelectric layers.

Abstract: A wireless communication method and apparatus for handling radio resource collision are provided. The wireless communication method includes receiving a Radio Resource Control (RRC) configuration indicating a first Control Resource Set (CORESET) pool index associated with a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) designated to carry Uplink Control Information (UCI); determining whether the PUCCH overlaps one or more Physical Uplink Shared Channels (PUSCHs) in time domain; after determining that the PUCCH overlaps at least one of the one or more PUSCHs in the time domain, multiplexing the UCI on a particular PUSCH of the one or more PUSCHs that is associated with the first CORESET pool index; and transmitting the UCI via the particular PUSCH.

Abstract: A vaginal drug delivery device includes a tubular base of an inert rubber composition, a first layer having a thickness up to 3 mm composed of a mixture of a drug to delivered, at least one surfactant and at least one dispersing agent applied to said outer surface of the tubular base, and a second layer of silicone rubber having a thickness up to 1 mm encapsulating the first layer on the tubular base whereby said drug will diffuse through said second layer when the device is inserted into the vagina to treat the patient with the drug in the first layer.
