    Abstract: A method and system for optimal control of ultra-precision cutting. The method for optimal control is based on time-precipitates-temperature characteristics of Al—Mg—Si series aluminum alloy, and includes first determining types of precipitates of machined materials, and establishing a Lifshitz-Slyozov-Wagner (LSW) model of each precipitate. A temperature range is determined corresponding to each precipitate according to the LSW model to obtain a comprehensive temperature range. A relation model is established between cutting parameters and a cutting temperature according to the LSW model. Finally the cutting parameters are optimized according to the comprehensive temperature range and the relation model, so that the cutting temperature is beyond the comprehensive temperature range to inhibit the generation of the precipitates.

    Abstract: An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device may include an enclosure that includes a metal band and a wall. The electronic device may further include a filler compound positioned in an opening of the metal band, where a split between two sidewall components defines the opening. The filler compound provides an RF communication path through the enclosure. In order to reduce or prevent liquid ingress into the enclosure, the electronic device may include a sealing compound that infused into the opening between the filler compound and the sidewall components, thereby providing a seal. The infusion process including placing the metal band (with the filler compound) in a chamber, providing a vacuum to remove air between the metal band and the filler compound, and subsequently providing a positive pressure to force the sealing compound between the metal band and the filler compound. The sealing compound may include an adhesive.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for decomposing medium-/low-grade scheelite, specifically comprising steps of: grinding medium-/low-grade scheelite, decomposing in an autoclave by using sodium phosphate and activated magnesium fluoride as leaching agents, and treating by solid-liquid separation to obtain crude sodium tungstate solution and residue. In this way, the medium-/low-grade scheelite is decomposed. Magnesium chloride is added in a sodium fluoride solution to prepare activated magnesium fluoride as a leaching agent. The present invention has the advantage that the high-efficiency decomposition of medium-/low-grade scheelite can be realized with low consumption of leaching agents, and the leaching cost can be greatly reduced in comparison to the existing decomposition processes using sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate. This process is short in route, simple in operation, readily available and reliable in production equipment, and easy for industrialization.

The control circuit is configured to apply, in a driving stage, a driving voltage to each driving circuit, such that a droplet is controlled to move inside a droplet accommodation space according to a set path, measure, in a detection stage, after a bias voltage is applied to each addressing circuit, a charge loss amount of each addressing circuit, and to determine the position of the droplet according to the charge loss amount. The charge loss amount of each addressing circuit is related to the intensity of received external light.
