  • Patent number: 9479083
Abstract: A power converter for converting DC power to AC power by switching operation of a switching element includes: a bridge circuit configured by at least two series circuits using, as power input terminals, terminals on both sides of two switching elements connected to each other in series and using, as a power output terminal, a connection point of the two switching elements are connected in parallel via the power output terminal; a gate drive circuit for outputting a driving signal which controls to turn on/off the switching elements; and signal lines using a driving signal output terminal in the gate drive circuit as a starting point of wiring, individually hard-wired to each of the switching elements in each of series circuits to which the same driving signal is supplied from the driving signal output terminal, and having inductances which are configured equal to each other.

  • Patent number: 7098683
Abstract: In the motor driving system, a unit to predict the separation of the wire is built into the power semiconductor module thereby to predict that the time of separation of the wire is approaching before the actual separation of the wire. Thus, the time to replace the power semiconductor module used for power devices such as the motor driving system is clarified to prevent an operation failure of the motor driving system from occurring. The power semiconductor module (1) has a power semiconductor chip (2) mounted thereon, and the power semiconductor chip (2) includes a main circuit wire (4) and a dummy wire (5) connected to the electrode (3) of the power semiconductor. The dummy wire is set to a lower connection strength than the main circuit wire.

  • Patent number: 4722629
Abstract: An adaptor is mounted on one end of a narrow-sized elongated electronic element stick which contains therein a number of electronic elements in a row. The stick is used with an electronic element dispenser which includes an inlet aperture and a guide frame having a pair of side walls for receiving and guiding the one end of the stick therebetween to lead the one end of the stick into a position adjacent to the inlet aperture of the dispenser. The adaptor comprises a base plate for supporting the bottom of the stick and a pair of elastic side walls extending upwardly and inwardly from opposed side edges of the base plate. The base plate of the adaptor has a width larger than the width of the bottom of the stick and slightly smaller than the spacing between the side walls of the guide frame. The elastic side walls of the adaptor is capable of elastically engaging the side surfaces of the stick so that the adaptor is held in position at the one end of the stick.

  • Patent number: 4717812
Abstract: A planar heat generator comprises a heating element of metallic foil; a first pair of sheets made of a plastic material which are bonded to each other so that the heating element is interposed therebetween; a second pair of sheets made of a plastic material which are bonded to the outer surfaces of the first pair of sheets, respectively; and a pair of protective covers which are made of a plastic material having a melting point at least approximate to that of the material of the second pair of sheets. The protective covers are larger in area than the second pair of sheets and are bonded by fusion not only to the outer surfaces of the second pair of sheets, respectively, but also to each other at peripheral areas which extend beyond the peripheral margins of the second pair of sheets.
