The present invention also relates to a heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition having similar properties to those mentioned above which is obtained by a process (I) in which a heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition is obtained by grinding and mixing a heat-meltable fluoropolymer fine powder and a layered-compound and a process (II) in which such heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition thus obtained is melted and mixed under shear stress by means of a melt-mixing extruder.

Then, the electrolyte layers are stacked upon one another. When the electrolyte layer is provided to the bipolar electrode, bubbles within the electrolyte layer are exhausted from one side to another side of the separator via the separator.

A first circuit thereof is communicatively connected to an inside space of a closed housing that is at the same side as the higher stage compression mechanism with respect to an electric motor, and a second circuit is communicatively connected to an inside space of the closed housing that is opposite from the higher stage compression mechanism with respect to the electric motor. The first circuit and the second circuit are provided with a switching mechanism for switching the injection circuit to the first circuit or the second circuit according to the dryness of the injection refrigerant.

The second DLL circuit generates the second internal clock signal so as to reduce a phase difference between the second clock signal fetched via the second buffer and the second internal clock signal transmitted to the second circuit. With the configuration, input setup and hold time can be shortened, and the frequency of the clock signal can be further increased.
