Patent number: 11005300Abstract: In a wireless power transfer system, a resonant circuit is formed on the secondary coil side, phase information of a resonant current flowing in the resonant circuit is detected, and, based on this phase information, a driving frequency is determined so that the current phase of a driving current flowing in a primary coil slightly delays from the voltage phase, thereby driving the primary coil. A Q value determined based on a leakage inductance of the secondary coil, a capacitance of a resonant capacitor, and an equivalent load resistance is set to a value greater than or equal to a value determined by Q=2/k2 (k is a coupling coefficient).Type: GrantFiled: December 17, 2019Date of Patent: May 11, 2021Inventors: Masakazu Ushijima, Hajime Yuasa, Go Ogino

Patent number: 7351341Abstract: This invention is to provide a method of efficiently removing scales adhered to a pipe and the like. A descaled object with scales deposited thereto is covered with a solvent at least on its scaled surface. A magnetic field is generated by supply a frequency signal to a coil, and the descaled object and the solvent are disposed within this magnetic field. Signals having frequencies that are set beforehand at every scale are supplied to the coils as the frequency signals. The frequencies of the frequency signals supplied to the coils and which are set beforehand are frequencies required when an electric current flows through the solvent which covers the scales.Type: GrantFiled: May 8, 2003Date of Patent: April 1, 2008Assignees: Royal Kiki Co., Ltd., Measurement Technical Laboratory Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kiyoshi Tsuboi, Hajime Yuasa, Tsuneo Sugawara

Patent number: 7099726Abstract: The production of semiconductor devices manufactured through a plurality of manufacturing sites is unitarily managed and an appropriate production plan is instructed. A computer projects a production plan of an entire company based on various information. The production plan is provided to each manufacturing site as a production instruction and provided to each business person or customer as a storing reply or an order accepting period reply. If the projected production plan (possible production volume) does not coincide with a production plan (necessary production volume), parameters obtained by correcting production allocation, production capability, lead time, yield and the like are re-input from a parameter input terminal. Based on the corrected parameters, the computer re-projects the production plan and projects an optimum production plan.Type: GrantFiled: February 6, 2003Date of Patent: August 29, 2006Assignee: Renesas Technology Corp.Inventors: Kiyohisa Kawase, Hajime Yuasa, Kazuhiko Maeda, Yoshio Kobayashi, Osamu Mishima, Takashi Honma, Jun Akashi, Hiroshi Yamada, Kenichiro Masunaga, Masahiro Koyama, Kenichi Funaki

Patent number: 5495237Abstract: A measuring tool for collecting down hole information, which essentially has a sensor sub including plural data collecting sensors secured at a forward portion of a drilling pipe and a sonde movable in the drilling pipe. Both the sensor sub and sonde employ a set of loop antennas to effect radiocommunication between them to thereby certainly send data detected by means of the sensors to the sonde.Type: GrantFiled: December 6, 1993Date of Patent: February 27, 1996Assignee: Akishima Laboratories (Mitsui Zosen) Inc.Inventors: Hajime Yuasa, Kazuho Hosono, Hikaru Kamiirisa, Keijiro Yamamoto, Hideyuki Miyaji

Patent number: 5295548Abstract: A bottom-hole information collecting equipment to collect data at the bottom part of the shaft in real time by the sonde throughout an excavation by the bit for digging. The sonde is provided to be mechanically and electronically connected to or separated from the connecting pipe to which the bite is attached arbitrarily. Data collected by several sensors near the bit is transmitted to the sonde via the electromagnetic coupler. The electricity for the sensors and the sonde can be obtained by respective generators of which one is in the sonde and the other is in the connecting pipe.Type: GrantFiled: October 23, 1992Date of Patent: March 22, 1994Assignee: Akishima Laboratories(Mitsui Zosen) Inc.Inventors: Hajime Yuasa, Kazuho Hosono
