Abstract: An aluminum plastic film for a lithium battery and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The method includes steps as follows: preparing a polyolefin adhesive; coating the polyolefin adhesive onto one surface of an aluminum foil layer; disposing an inner polyolefin layer onto the polyolefin adhesive; and drying the polyolefin adhesive, so that a polyolefin adhesive layer is formed between the aluminum foil layer and the inner polyolefin layer. Components of the polyolefin adhesive include a modified polyolefin polymer and a hardener. The modified polyolefin polymer has a modified group, a structure of the modified group contains maleic anhydride, and a molecular weight of the modified polyolefin polymer ranges from 100,000 g/mol to 200,000 g/mol.

The ferroelectric memory device includes a gate electrode; a channel layer, overlapped with the gate electrode; source/drain contacts, in contact with separate ends of the channel layer; a ferroelectric layer, lying between the gate electrode and the channel layer; and a first insertion layer, extending in between the ferroelectric layer and the channel layer, and comprising a metal carbonitride or a metal nitride.

Abstract: A shoe with changeable upper design includes a shoe body having a sole and an upper connected to the sole. The upper has an outer surface provided with at least one decorative portion which includes an indented surface and a first pattern provided on the indented surface. At least one decorative pad having a front side provided with a second pattern is further provided. The decorative pad is attachable to and removable from the indented surface of the upper so that the first and second patterns can be interchangeably presented on the upper.
