The filter has an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface, and the reflector is in contact with the upper surface. A first light beam enters the filter through the lower surface, and is reflected by the reflector to the photodetector. A light source is disposed on the substrate and emits a second light beam. The second light beam is reflected by the lower surface and away from the cavity.
