  • Publication number: 20240151871
Abstract: The invention discloses a node multi-electrode resistivity measurement system provided with a transmitter, a PC terminal, acquisition nodes, transmitting electrodes and receiving electrodes. The transmitter, acquisition nodes and PC terminal are connected by Wifi, and the transmitter and acquisition nodes are connected in series by a five-core cable. So the weight of the cable is greatly reduced, and each core can be wrapped by shielding layer, reducing the influence of electromagnetic coupling and ensuring the quality of collected data. The weight of the system is very light so that work efficiency has been improved. Synchronization between transmitter and acquisition nodes is carried out by GPS.

  • Publication number: 20230173294
Abstract: A system for administering transcranial magnetic stimulation to a subject is provided. The system includes a coil a controller, and a high-power switching module. The controller is configured to generate low voltage control signals for administering a treatment protocol via the coil. The high-power switching module is configured to generate a high voltage current delivered to the coil based on the low voltage control signals. In some embodiments, the high-power switching module includes a printed circuit board used to reduce intrinsic resistance and parasitic capacitance of the circuit such that the current delivered to the coil over a sequence of bursts remains stable. A new protocol for administering transcranial magnetic stimulation, referred to as high-density Theta Burst Stimulation (hdTBS), utilizes a pulse frequency of at least 40 Hz and a number of pulses per burst of four or greater.

  • Patent number: 10739427
Abstract: The gradient coil assembly is designed to address a neck-shoulder clearance problem by configuring the coil holder housing with a cylindrical portion modified with a slanted surface and positioning current return elements of the coil pattern at the slanted surface, while positioning the active electrical elements on the cylindrical surface, thus eliminating influence of an undesired magnetic field generated by the current return elements, shortening the coil, and moving the homogeneous field gradient region toward the end of the cylindrical portion of the bore in the coil holder housing. The subject assembly operation is further improved by the direct external cooling approach, where a coolant flows in direct contact with electrical wires of the gradient coil inside the cooling channels in the surface of the coil holder housing.

  • Patent number: 9717946
Abstract: Systems for training an animal, such as a rodent, to maintain its head substantially motionless during an imaging procedure using an imaging and training system are disclosed. In some embodiments, the imaging and training system includes a frame defining an enclosure for enclosing an animal therein during the imaging procedure. The frame includes a head post that is attached to the head of the animal and a treadmill having a plurality of rollers that the animal is in operative contact such that one or more of the plurality of wheels rotate when the animal is in a walking motion and stop rotating when the animal is in a substantially motionless state. This arrangement trains the animal to remain substantially motionless when disposed within an imaging apparatus.

  • Patent number: 8820704
Abstract: A valve actuator assembly includes a housing having a diaphragm plate and diaphragm disposed within the housing. A stem projection downwardly extends from a bottom surface of the diaphragm plate, and the stem projection is coupled to an actuator stem disposed along a longitudinal axis. A guide member has a top wall and a center aperture that receives the stem projection, and the top wall is biased into engagement with the bottom surface of the diaphragm plate by a spring. The guide member also has a side wall that downwardly extends from the top wall, and an outer surface of the side wall is adapted to engage an inner surface of a spring housing to limit displacement of the diaphragm plate and the actuator stem in a direction normal to the longitudinal axis.
