The downlink subframe includes a plurality of subcarriers in a frequency domain and 12 or 14 OFDM symbols in a time domain. The PDCCH includes the first N (N is a natural number of from 1 to 4) number of OFDM symbols of the downlink subframe. The duration information indicates the N number of OFDM symbols. The E-PDCCH comprises the starting point to the last OFDM symbol of the downlink subframe.

If the first information indicates the localized transmission, the plurality of EREGs in each of the at least one ECCE are mapped to one of a plurality of physical resource block (PRB) pairs. If the localized transmission is used, the plurality of EREGs are associated with a single antenna port selected based on an index of the at least one ECCE and the wireless device's specific information.
