Abstract: A method for indicating, obtaining, and sending automated driving information includes: starting, by a first vehicle, an automated driving function application, or receiving, by a first vehicle, an instruction used to instruct the first vehicle to start an automated driving function application; and indicating, by the first vehicle by using first indication information, that a driving status of the first vehicle is an automated driving state. A vehicle having an automated driving function sends the automated driving information to a surrounding traffic participant, especially to a surrounding vehicle or a pedestrian, so that the surrounding traffic participant identifies the automated driving vehicle, to improve traffic safety of an entire road.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a power amplification apparatus having a digital pre-distortion mechanism that includes a digital pre-distortion circuit and a power amplifier. The digital pre-distortion circuit receives an original digital signal having an original real part and an original imaginary part. When a first one and a second one of the original real part and the original imaginary part are a low state voltage level and a high state voltage level, the digital pre-distortion circuit outputs a first and a second voltage levels equivalent to the low state voltage level as a first pre-distortion part and directly outputs the second one of the original real part and the original imaginary part as a second pre-distortion part to generate an input signal having an input real part and an input imaginary part each corresponding to one of the first pre-distortion part and the second pre-distortion part. The power amplifier receives the input signal to perform power amplification to generate an output signal.

Abstract: A method and kit the simultaneous analysis of thyroid hormones (THs) and related metabolites in serum are disclosed. The method includes the extraction of THs and related metabolites, the derivatization of THs and related metabolites with 5-N-succinimidoxy-5-oxopentyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide (SPTPP), and the analysis of SPTPP derivatives using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Free or total THs (T3 and T4) together with their related metabolites (MIT, DIT, T0, T1, rT1, 3,3?-T2, 3,5-T2, and rT3) can be determined simultaneously, rapidly, and accurately. This invention overcomes the limitation that the traditional method can only be used for the analysis of T3 and T4 with low specificity. The invention exhibits extremely high analytical sensitivity for all of the target analytes (femtogram level).

Abstract: Described herein are methods and systems associated with viewing condition adaption of multimedia content. A method for receiving multimedia content with a device from a network may include determining a viewing parameter, transmitting a request for the multimedia content to the network, whereby the request may be based on the viewing parameter, and receiving the multimedia content from the network, whereby the multimedia content may be processed at a rate according to the viewing parameter. The viewing parameter may include at least one of: a user viewing parameter, a device viewing parameter, or a content viewing parameter. The method may further include receiving a multimedia presentation description (MPD) file from the network. The MPD file may include information relating to the rate of the multimedia content and information relating to the rate may include a descriptor relating to the viewing parameter, whereby the descriptor may be required or optional.
