    Abstract: A location-aware search assist capability identifies location-aware search query suggestions using location information associated with the location-aware search query suggestions. A user's search query input and location and a location associated with each location-aware search query suggestion candidates may be used to identify a set of search query suggestions for presentation to the user. Location-aware search query suggestion candidates may be ranked in accordance with a closeness of each one's location to the user's location. The ranking may be performed using a score, such as a popularity score associated with each search query suggestion candidate. The location-aware search query suggestion candidates having a location closer to the user's location may be promoted by adjusting each candidate's popularity score upward, and the search query suggestion candidates that are farther away from the user's location may be demoted by adjusting each such candidate's popularity score downward.

    Abstract: A method of reducing host nucleic acids in a biological sample and a use thereof, which belong to the technical field of gene detection is provided. The method includes the steps of a) performing pre-treatment for the biological sample under a mild condition with partial lysis and/or no lysis of host cell membrane, thereby obtaining a liquid sample; and b) taking the liquid sample followed by adding a nucleic acid digestion reagent, thereby degrading the host nucleic acid which is exposed in the liquid sample. The method is used for reducing host nucleic acids in a biological sample and non-selectively enriching the targets, such as bacteria, fungi, viruses, mycoplasma/chlamydia.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a negative electrode material, including a doped silicon-based material. The doped silicon-based material includes a silicon-based material and doping metal elements distributed inside particles of the silicon-based material. The silicon-based material includes nano-silicon or silicon monoxide. A doping amount of the doping metal elements ranges from 1 ppm to 1000 ppm. The negative electrode material is obtained by doping metal elements with an extreme low content into a crystal structure of the silicon-based material, to maintain stability of an original crystal structure of the silicon-based material while improving conducting performance of the silicon-based material. Therefore, an energy density of a cell can be effectively improved, and the silicon-based material is not prone to be pulverized in a charging/discharging process.
