    Abstract: A method of forming a hydrocarbon product and a protonation product comprises introducing C2H6 to a positive electrode of an electrochemical cell comprising the positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a proton-conducting membrane between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The proton-conducting membrane comprises an electrolyte material having an ionic conductivity greater than or equal to about 10?2 S/cm at one or more temperatures within a range of from about 150° C. to about 650° C. A potential difference is applied between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the electrochemical cell to produce the hydrocarbon product and the protonation product. A C2H6 activation system and an electrochemical cell are also described.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a carbon-based oxygen-enriched combustion method for recirculation of flue gas from a cement kiln. The combustion method includes recirculating the flue gas generated by the cement kiln to a certain degree to concentrate and enrich carbon dioxide in the flue gas of the cement kiln, mixing the carbon dioxide-rich recirculating flue gas of the cement kiln with the pressurized oxygen to obtain the carbon-based oxygen-enriched products, and mixing the carbon-based oxygen-enriched products with the atmospheric-pressure oxygen to obtain carbon-based air which serves as combustion-supporting gas of the cement kiln.

The surge protection unit is connected in parallel to a power supply phase line terminal and a neutral line terminal of the photocontroller unit. A ground line terminal of the surge protection unit is connected, by means of a ground connector, to the conductive part disposed on the photocontroller base. The conductive piece is grounded. The photocontroller and the surge protection function are combined, which can effectively discharge a surge current, suppress a surge voltage, is easy to mount and replace, and can reduce post-maintenance cost.
