  • Patent number: 11413714
Abstract: A method for producing a brazed plate heat exchanger comprising a stack of heat exchanger plates provided with a pressed pattern adapted to provide contact points between neighboring heat exchanger plates, such that the heat exchanger plates are kept on a distance from one another under formation of interplate flow channels for media to exchange heat, wherein the interplate flow channels are in selective communication with port openings for the media to exchange heat and circumferentially sealed along an outer periphery in order to avoid external leakage, comprises the following method steps: a. Calculating the position of the contact points between neighboring plates; b. Calculating a force that must be transferred by each contact point when the heat exchanger is in use; c. Based on the method steps above, calculating a necessary amount of brazing material for each contact point; d.

  • Patent number: 7913930
Abstract: A spray linkage (10) for a crop sprayer includes a support (16) and a central frame (18) pivotally connected to the support (16), the central frame (18) being pivotable about an axis (32) from a neutral position. At least one hydraulic cylinder (34, 36) is fastened at one end to the support (16) and at the other end to the central frame (18). To damp the spray linkage (10) during oscillating movements, at least a first hydraulic cylinder (34, 36) has a first and a second hydraulic chamber (44, 46, 48, 50), a first hydraulic line (52, 54) is provided which discharges into the first hydraulic chamber (44, 46) and a second hydraulic line (54, 52) is provided which discharges into the second hydraulic chamber (48, 50). Restrictor structure (58, 60, 62, 64) throttles hydraulic flow from a hydraulic chamber (44, 46, 48, 50) while hydraulic flow into a hydraulic chamber (44, 46, 48, 50) is relatively unthrottled.

  • Patent number: 5925259
Abstract: A process for producing lithographic features in a substrate layer is is described, comprising the steps of lowering a stamp (15) carrying an reactant (14) onto a substrate (10), confining the subsequent reaction to the desired pattern, lifting said stamp and removing the debris of the reaction from the substrate. Preferably, the stamp carries the pattern to be etched or depressions corresponding to such a pattern. Using the described methods, patterns with submicron features can be generated. The method allows a general solution to parallel handling and transfer of materials in a variety of technical fields.

  • Patent number: 5817242
Abstract: A hybrid stamp structure for lithographic processing of features below 1 micron is described, comprising a deformable layer (14) for accommodating unevenness of the surface of a substrate, and a patterned layer on the deformable layer in which a lithographic pattern is engraved. The stamp structure is further enhanced by comprising a third layer (16), which acts as rigid support for the stamp, thus preventing an undesired deformation of the stamp under load.
