    Abstract: A locking unit for a telescopic system of a hydraulically actuated telescopic jib of a crane, having a jib box frame and a plurality of telescopic sections which are guided inside one another and can be moved out of a starting position into in each case at least one extended position is provided with a drive for moving at least one driver bolt of a locking unit into and out of a section receptive driver bolt opening, and for moving a coupling device for displacement of at least one locking bolt into and out of a locking bolt receptive opening, the drive being arranged fixedly on the box frame of the jib, there being a mechanical drive connection between the drive and the locking unit.
