  • Patent number: 8783520
Abstract: A dispenser for a liquid or pasty media contains an exchangeable container which is arranged upside down on a holder. A dosing pump is provided on the bottom of the container in an especially non-detachable manner, and an actuating element for the dosing pump is provided on the holder retainer. A first return valve is provided at an upper inlet to the dosing pump and a second return valve at its lower dispensing opening which second return valve can be lifted, thereby reducing the delivery space. The actuating element is displaceably mounted in the retainer and has a ramp displacing a catch guided upwards by the retainer, the catch being associated with the lower return valve.

  • Patent number: 8596501
Abstract: A refilling unit for a dispenser containing a liquid or pasty media has a container which can be ventilated. A dosing pump is placed on the neck of the container. A first valve is provided in a transition from the neck to the dosing pump and a second valve on a discharge opening of the dosing pump. The dosing pump contains an elastic part having the first non-return valve. The elastic part encircles a lower peripheral collar of the neck and an annular lip thereof resting on the interior of the neck. The dosing pump further has a second elastic part containing the second non-return valve and encloses a delivery space. The second elastic part extends over the first part and encircles at least one upper peripheral collar of the neck. Recesses in the peripheral collars and at the front of the neck leave an airway into the container.

  • Patent number: 8590741
Abstract: A dispenser for a flowable medium, such as soap, foam soap or the like, has an outlet opening on the underside, a sensor in the region of the outlet opening, which sensor emits an electrical signal upon sensing a person, and an electrical pump which is caused to dispense a portion of the medium through the outlet opening as a result of the electrical signal from the sensor. A switch is also provided on the dispenser, the operation of which switch causes the next signal from the sensor to emit an optical or acoustic signal instead of dispensing a portion of the medium.

  • Patent number: 8561844
Abstract: A container of a flexible material web of weldable plastic. A reinforcing element is attached on the exterior of a wall of the container. The container may be formed by drawing a flat material web of weldable plastic material over a core tube and welding a longitudinal seam for closing the flat material web to form a tube. A reinforcing element is welded on an exterior of the tube while employing the core tube as an internal cooperating support. The tube is divided and separated along transverse seams into cut-off containers to form the containers. A dispensing system for flowable products includes at least one of the containers and a dispenser provided with a container receiving device for holding the container without closure. The container is formed with sliding guide and a displaceable closure, which is preferably opened when the container is placed on the receiving device.

  • Patent number: 8468920
Abstract: A device for the distribution of paper portions has a rotatable roller which is formed with a slot and over which a paper web is guided. A blade which is arranged on at least one carrier movable within the roller and is movable in and out through the slot over a part of the roller rotation. Each carrier is reciprocatable in the slot of the rotating roller and is guided rotationally along a non-circular stationary cam path.

  • Patent number: 8439293
Abstract: A dispenser for dispensing paper from a dispensing roll located in a lower dispensing position has a guide track which leads from the top into the lower dispensing position and in which a standby position, defined by a blocking device, for a reserve roll is provided. The dispenser further has a device for detecting a diameter of the dispensing roll and a device for releasing the blocking device for the reserve roll once the paper on the dispensing roll has been used up. The diameter of the dispensing roll is detected by a sensing element which pushes against the circumferential surface of the dispensing roll, is displaced by the dropping reserve roll and returns to its sensing position once the reserve roll has dropped.

  • Patent number: 8418950
Abstract: A paper dispenser contains a receiving compartment for a dispenser roll, a transport path leading from above into the receiving compartment, a hold position for a spare roll being defined in the transport path by a blocking device, and a transfer device for the paper of the spare roll once the paper of the dispenser roll is used up. The width of the receiving compartment is smaller than the diameter of the spare roll, and a sensor element for the diameter of the spare roll releases the blocking device not before the diameter of the spare roll has been reduced to the width of the receiving compartment.

  • Publication number: 20130043265
Abstract: A method and a dispenser dispense a sheet of paper through a bottom outlet gap from a stock. A sensor activates, upon detection of a person, an electric drive which delivers a portion of paper from the outlet gap so that the sheet of paper can be torn off by hand. When the delivered sheet of paper is torn off, a switch is actuated. Actuation of the switch puts the dispenser in an operational readiness for delivery of another portion of paper.
