Abstract: Method and device for treating a warp thread sheet. The method includes drawing off a plurality of warp threads from a creel, winding the warp threads, after being drawn off from the creel, onto a warp beam, combining the drawn off threads to form a rope, and treating the rope with a treatment agent. The warp threads are unwound from the warp beam before the treating of the rope, and the rope is formed between the unwinding from the warp beam and the treating.

Abstract: Device and method for treatment of a warp thread sheet and take-off frame for treatment of a warp thread sheet. The device includes a take-off frame including at least one warp beam and first and second outlets, a treatment device arranged after the take-off frame, and a warp thread pick-up device. Threads drawn off from the warp beam that are arranged next to one another transversely to their longitudinal direction are guided to the first outlet, and threads drawn off from the warp beam combined to form of a rope are guided to the second outlet.

Abstract: A process for applying indigo dyestuff on a textile substrate is described, wherein the substrate is saturated with liquid steeping liquor containing indigo dyestuff and the saturated substrate is directly passed through a first low-oxygen wet dwelling section and only thereafter is dewatered. To maximize the dyestuff yield or diffusion into the individual fibers of the substrate, a second enclosed low-oxygen wet dwelling section is defined by an essentially sealed housing which is connected to the first wet dwelling section. The substrate is initially heated in the second wet dwelling section and the substrate travels through the remainder of the second wet dwelling section for a sufficient time to permit diffusion of the dyestuff into the fibers of the still moist substrate.
