  • Patent number: 5024042
Abstract: A bag filling and closing apparatus includes a filling station (10) in which the material to be filled in (22) is pushed into a prefabricated bag (24). A device (50, 52, 54, 56) is provided for pulling the bags onto the filling machine as is a device for spreading open and holding the bags. Next to the filling station (10), there is disposed at least one supply and/or intake station (12, 14) for bags, each station being equipped with a device (50, 52, 54, 56) for pulling the bags onto the apparatus. A carriage (30) is movable back and forth between the filling station (10) and the supply and intake station (12, 14) carries the spreading and holding device (28, 30, 44, 46) for the bags. The bags can therefore be picked up and spread open in the supply and intake station (12, 14) and can be transferred to the filling station (10) in that position. Preferably, two supply and intake stations are provided on opposite sides of the filling station (10 ).

  • Patent number: 4341108
Abstract: By means of a suction pump located at the outlet of the analyzer device and a combination of choke members connected in parallel in a row and respective low pressure controllers at the outlet of the gas analyzer and at the connection point of the series connection and parallel connection of the choke members, a constant sample flow through the analyzer is produced. Thus, even where there is a fluctuating measuring gas pressure and a variable flow resistance in the inlet part of the gas analyzer, the proportionality of the measuring signal to the concentration of the measuring component is ensured.

  • Patent number: 3979798
Abstract: An eyelet for transmitting the high tensile forces of tie members engaging through the opening of the eyelet to a tarpaulin canvas or the like sheet. The eyelet consists of two ring-shaped complementary plastic clamping halves having mutually opposite inner flat surfaces holding the material of the tarpaulin between them. A metal jacket binds the aperature of the eyelet, overlapping the two clamping halves and pressing them together. Inside the clamping halves, vertical holes are provided, wherein rigid not flexible anchoring pins are inserted passing through the sheet material and reaching almost to the inner surface of the metal jacket.
