    Abstract: A sootblower nozzle head of lance tube has nozzle members, each comprising a plurality of full expansion nozzles positioned closely adjacent and parallel to each other so that the jets from the individual nozzles commingle as they exit the nozzle member to form a common jet, thereby providing the cleaning efficiency of a full expansion nozzle in the limited space available in the head of the sootblower.
