Publication number: 20230264270Abstract: A device system with a device stand, a drilling device arranged displaceably on the device stand for carrying out drilling and a feed device for displacing the core drilling device along the device stand. The feed device has a manual feed device, designed for example as a handwheel or a lever, and the device system has a control device for evaluating measured values. The feed device or the manual feed device e has a sensor for determining measured values, the measured values being used for evaluation and transmitted to the control device, and a starting point and/or an end point of the drilling being detected by the control device through a sudden change in drilling parameters. In a second aspect, the invention relates to a method for determining a depth of a bore, the bore being produced with the proposed device system.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 19, 2021Publication date: August 24, 2023Inventor: Hans-Joerg RIEGER

Publication number: 20230059623Abstract: A device for covering a cut gap which can be produced by a machine tool. The device can be connected to a dust suctioning device so that the dust produced while working with the machine tool can be removed from the working area of the machine tool using the dust suctioning tool. A second aspect of the invention relates to a system consisting of at least two proposed devices. Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for suctioning dust from a working region of a machine tool. The device includes sealing caps which can be connected to a dust suctioning device via suction connecting pieces. Furthermore, the sealing caps are used to seal the working area in which the working process of the machine tool is carried out.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 4, 2021Publication date: February 23, 2023Inventors: Hans-Joerg RIEGER, Urs ZOGG, Ansgar ZOLLER

Publication number: 20220355401Abstract: A deflection roller (32) for a deflection roller package (33) of a wire saw (1), having a wheel (32), a pivot bearing (42) and a sealing element (55). The wheel (32) has a raceway (45) along the periphery thereof for guiding a saw wire (3) of the wire saw (1). The pivot bearing (42) is coaxially inserted in the wheel (32). An outer sleeve (51) protrudes from a lateral surface (49) of the wheel (32). An inner sleeve (50) protrudes from a lateral surface opposite the one lateral surface (49). A radius (53) of the inner sleeve (50) is smaller than a radius (52) of the outer sleeve (51). The sealing element (55) is placed on the outer sleeve (51) or inserted into the inner sleeve (50).Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2020Publication date: November 10, 2022Inventors: Hans-Joerg RIEGER, David PLATTNER

Publication number: 20220347771Abstract: A wire saw 1 according to the invention for an endless saw wire 3 has a housing 6, a wire drive 9, and a wire store 7. The wire drive 9 is for pulling the saw wire 3 in a circulating direction 8. The wire store 7 has a first package 31 of deflection rollers 32 and a second package 33 of deflection rollers 32. The second package 33 is mounted so as to be displaceable with respect to the first package 31 along a direction 14 in order to increase a length of the saw wire 3 stored on the wire store 7. A feed device 38 exerts a feed force on the second package 31 in the direction 14. The wire store 7 is arranged downstream of the wire drive 9 in the circulating direction 8. The wire saw pulls the saw wire 3 in the circulating direction 8, resulting in a tensile stress on the saw wire 3 running into the wire saw 1. By contrast, the saw wire 3 running out of the wire saw 1 is largely without tension.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2020Publication date: November 3, 2022Inventors: Hans-Joerg RIEGER, David PLATTNER
