  • Publication number: 20220347901
Abstract: A method for producing a media-tight material composite, in particular comprising a metal solid body and an optionally electrically insulating plastic at least partially surrounding the solid body, preferably as a component of a preferably shielded electrical interface, wherein surfaces of the solid body that the plastic contacts are subjected to a surface pretreatment in order to promote the adhesion of the plastic to the solid body. The disclosure further relates to a cylindrical metal sleeve, in particular as part of a plug connector, and a plug connector or sensory comprising a metal sleeve, produced by the foregoing method.

  • Patent number: 9350087
Abstract: A method for the production of a multi-polar shielded electric interface, particularly a plug-in connection, such as a plug, a socket, a Y-part, a T-part, or the like comprising at least one cable (2) connected thereto with a shielding (1), the interface comprising electric contacts (4) and with the cable (2) with the electric contacts (4) comprising conductors (3) to be connected and a shielding (1) surrounding the conductors (3), to be guided from the cable (2) to the interface, wherein to form a shielding element (6) the shielding (1) of the cable (2) and at least an area adjacent to the shielding (1) around the electric contacts (4) is coated by injection molding with an electrically conductive composite material, with the shielding element (6) being distanced from the electric contacts (4) or an isolating body (5) being embedded. An interface is produced accordingly.

  • Patent number: 6517373
Abstract: In a connector, a first connector element, in particular a plug, and a second connector element, in particular a socket or a housing adapter, have a first or second contact insets around the first contact inset of a plug, and a sleeve-shaped latch segment is arranged from which, running along the longitudinal direction of the connector, resilient latch flanges with latch tabs are formed that are appropriate for locking onto a ring-shaped groove formed on the inner side of the second connector element (locking position). The plug includes an outer sleeve-shaped actuation slid, which can be slid back against the spring force along the longitudinal direction of the connector (unlocking position) and is appropriate for actuating one or more unlocking elements, which can be slid along the longitudinal direction of the connector under a section of the latch flanges and are appropriate for supporting the latch flanges (locking position).
