Abstract: A trailer device for driving stabilization of vehicle combinations is provided. In order to design a device for driving stabilization of passenger vehicle trailers in a cost-effective and simple manner, a brake system for braking the trailer by an overrun brake and for stability regulation is designed so as to have separating valves, switching valves, inlet and outlet valves and a pressure build-up pump. A stabilizing coupling is also connected by means of a second pressure medium pump to actuators which can vary the clamping force of the stabilizing coupling between the trailer and tractor vehicle if the second pressure medium pump conveys pressure medium from the storage tank into or out of the actuators.

Abstract: The invention relates to a mobile sweeper comprising a housing, in which a sweeping roller driven by an electric motor is mounted for rotation, and a sweepings container for receiving sweepings, wherein there are mounted on the housing adjacent to the sweeping roller two front supporting wheels and at a distance from these at least one rear supporting wheel, each for rotation about an axis of rotation. In order to further develop the sweeper such that with the occurrence of surface unevennesses, there is no risk of the sweeping roller becoming blocked or of the sweeper tilting, it is proposed in accordance with the invention that the axis of rotation of a first front supporting wheel be arranged coaxially with the axis of rotation of the sweeping roller and, in relation to the main direction of movement of the sweeper, offset from the axis of rotation of the second front supporting wheel.

Abstract: The invention relates to a single- or multilayer, flat or tubular food casing incorporating a carrier based on a water-insoluble, thermoplastic polymer, a polymer of animal or vegetable origin or regenerated or precipitated cellulose, and a coating. The carrier is a textile material or a film or a combination thereof. The coating includes binder and particulate foods with a mean particle size of 60 ?m or more, optionally also food additives such as food colorings and liquid smoke. It additionally relates to a process for producing the casing and to its use as an outer casing for fish, meat and sausage products.

Abstract: A method for making a fabric coated with acrylic resin and adaptable to use as a wrap for food products such as cheese or sausage, which comprises embedding a textile material of relatively low strength, such as a knitted fabric, scrim, or lightweight nonwoven fabric, in a coating layer of acrylic resin having thermoplastic properties, and for making a food wrap by cutting a blank therefor from such coated fabric, which blank is shaped into a wrap by heat sealing; fabrics and wraps made by such a method.

Abstract: What is disclosed is a two-layered packaging material for the direct contact packing of food products, said material comprising cloth coated with a first acrylate emulsion polymer, formulated to be soft, comprising:(a) at least 90 weight percent, based on the total first polymer, of a lipophilic monomer component comprising an ester of acrylic acid and/or of methacrylic acid with a lower alkanol, and from 0 to 10 weight percent, based on said lipophilic component, of a further comonomer, the methyl methacrylate content of said lipophilic component not exceeding 40 weight percent of said total first polymer;(b) a hydrophilic monomer component having acidic properties, in an amount from 0 to 5 weight percent, based on the total first polymer; and(c) a crosslinking monomer component, in an amount from 0 to 7 weight percent, based on the total first polymer.

Abstract: A circuit arrangement for an electric clock comprises an oscillator stage, frequency divider stages, pulse shaper stages and two output stages for controlling the drive, switch means being provided which is operable to disconnect at least part of the oscillator stage and the two output stages from a voltage source so as to stop the oscillator and prevent the output stages from driving a drive motor.
