  • Patent number: 9221313
Abstract: Stabilizer for a lower link of a three-point hitch of a tractor, comprising a first stabilizer member and a second stabilizer member connected to the first stabilizer member by a spring mechanism which allows a longitudinal movement between the stabilizer members, wherein the overall length of the stabilizer is adjustable by rotating the stabilizer members against each other. Furthermore, a blocking means is connected to the first stabilizer member, wherein the blocking means can be moved into a closed position in which a longitudinal movement between the stabilizer members is restricted. The first stabilizer member comprises a rotation-symmetric locking collar which engages the blocking means in the closed position such in that a longitudinal movement between the stabilizer members is disabled, wherein a rotation between the stabilizer members is lockable by a safety means, wherein the safety means comprises a spring clip engaging a recess formed in the circumference of the locking collar.

  • Patent number: 9155238
Abstract: A stabilizer serves for stabilizing a link of a three-point suspension system of an agricultural tractor. The stabilizer has at least one telescope consisting of a tube and a piston held displaceably therein. Said tube and piston are coupled elastically by at least one spring. The piston is designed such that it can be adjusted in length by means of at least one thread. In order to retain the telescope, the stabilizer has at least one pivotably held retaining clip. In a retaining position, said retaining clip engages over an abutment of the piston whereas, in a release position of the retaining clip, the piston can be freely moved. In order to obtain simple handleability of said stabilizer, the abutment is formed by at least one substantially rotationally symmetrical disc. The piston length can therefore be adjusted in or in the vicinity of the retaining position.

  • Patent number: 8851199
Abstract: A stabilizer (1) for a link of a three-point suspension system of an agricultural tractor has at least one telescope (8) consisting of a tube (5) and a piston (6). Said tube and piston are coupled elastically by at least one spring (7) and can be adjusted in length by means of threads (12, 13). At least one retaining clip (15) which can engage over an abutment (17) is held pivotably on the tube (5). To increase the load-bearing capacity of the stabilizer (1), the stop surfaces (18) of the retaining clip (15) are connected in a tensionproof manner by means of at least one bridge (30). Said bridge (30) engages over the outer side of at least one contact surface of the abutment (17) by means of the stop surface (18).

  • Publication number: 20120298387
Abstract: A coupling hook forms the end piece of a lower link of an agricultural tractor. The coupling hook has a hook body with a receptacle for a coupling body. The hook body has a receiving chamber in which a safety catch is held. The safety catch can be adjusted between a blocking position engaging over the coupling body and a pulled-back release position. By pressing the coupling body into the receptacle of the hook body, the safety catch can be transferred into an activation position from which it is automatically transferred into the blocking position. In order to increase the operational safety of the coupling hook, the safety catch is operatively connected to at least one cam of an adjustable blocking lever. The cam retains the safety catch in the blocking position, preventing a force originating from the coupling body from being able to adjust the safety catch.

  • Patent number: 7192047
Abstract: A trailer coupling (1) for a vehicle, in particular a tractor, has a coupling element (6). This coupling element (6) can grasp a drawbar (4) of a trailer and is displaceable between a coupling position and a release position. The coupling element (6) is fixed on a displaceable support which is connected fixedly to a cam (9). This cam (9) can be actuated by the drawbar (4) in order to displace the coupling element (6) into the coupling position.
