  • Patent number: 5141412
Abstract: A double acting, self-priming bellows-type pump has a pair of bellows that work as displacement elements arranged each in a cylinder chamber mutually and synchronously interlocked by piston rod, so that at the same time as one bellows draws in, the other bellows delivers. One side of each bellows receives the medium to be delivered and the other side receives a medium under pressure. In at least the lower cylinder the bellows is connected to the top wall of the cylinder chamber so that the space around the outside of the bellows may be used for pumping fluid. A guide element is mounted in the lower chamber for supporting the bellows of the lower chamber and preventing the same from buckling during the alternating pressurizing and venting thereof during a pumping cycle.

  • Patent number: 5098666
Abstract: In a device for metering at least two fluid reaction components into a mixing chamber, flexible displacement elements (1, 2; 47, 48, 49, 50) are provided in each container chamber (43, 44, 45, 46) which divide each container chamber (43, 44, 45, 46) into a component chamber (12, 13; 51, 52, 53, 54;) and a hydraulic chamber (16, 17; 55, 56, 57, 58), whereby the flexible displacement element (1, 2; 47, 48, 49, 50) for each component is acted on by a hydraulic flow which can be pre-specified and also regulated during the metering procedure in its magnitude and duration by a control-regulation device (3 or 4).

  • Patent number: 5065903
Abstract: A delivery system for controlling the flow of fluid is disclosed. The comprises a control valve comprising an electric control motor and a valve, and a hydraulic piston type motor including a shaft which is rotated when fluid flows through the system. The rate at which fluid flows into the system is measured by the hydraulic motor and is reflected by the rate at which the hydraulic motor shaft rotates. The rate at which fluid flows through the system is controlled by the control valve. The control valve is movable between a first position in which a first fluid flow rate through the system is achieved and a second position is which a second flow rate higher than the first rate is achieved. The control motor is responsive to an external signal which indicates a rate rotation for the control motor corresponding with a rate of fluid flow.
