  • Patent number: 11967591
Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device includes forming a first interconnect structure over a carrier; forming a thermal dissipation block over the carrier; forming metal posts over the first interconnect structure; attaching a first integrated circuit die over the first interconnect structure and the thermal dissipation block; removing the carrier; attaching a semiconductor package to the first interconnect structure and the thermal dissipation block using first electrical connectors and thermal dissipation connectors; and forming external electrical connectors, the external electrical connectors being configured to transmit each external electrical connection into the semiconductor device, the thermal dissipation block being electrically isolated from each external electrical connection.

  • Publication number: 20240079784
Abstract: An electronic device may be provided with an antenna having a resonating element and a light source module mounted to a flexible printed circuit and a metal cowling. The module may emit light through a rear housing wall. The printed circuit may be interposed between the metal cowling and a conductive support plate in the rear housing wall. The printed circuit may include a ground trace coupled to the resonating element. A dimpled pad may couple the ground trace to the support plate. Compressive foam may be used to exert a force against the flexible printed circuit that presses the dimpled pad against the conductive support plate. The ground trace and the dimpled pad may form a return path to ground for the resonating element. The dimpled pad may occupy less height within the device than other structures such as metal springs.

  • Publication number: 20230389729
Abstract: A portable mat capable of blocking air convection and temperature radiation is disclosed. The portable mat is an inflatable mat, and includes a first outer covering layer and a second outer covering layer that are connected by a plurality of connecting members each in the form of a thin and light ring. Side pieces of the connecting members each have different widths according to high and low positions. A plurality of blocking layers of a blocking unit is fitted on the connecting members. The block layers have openings with different widths. The openings of the blocking layers are different in size corresponding to the different widths of the connecting member, so that the blocking layers are positioned at different heights to form a plurality of spaced space inside the mate, thereby blocking air convection and reducing temperature radiation.

  • Patent number: 11767924
Abstract: A valve nozzle structure for an inflatable cushion includes an outer body, an inner body, and a diaphragm member. The diaphragm member is assembled in the inner body. The inner body is assembled in the outer body. The valve nozzle structure is able to provide one-way inflation with an automatic check function and deflation. The outer body further includes a holding plate configured to release the sealing state of the diaphragm member. Thus, the valve nozzle structure can achieve an automatic and continuous deflation function. The inner body is detachably connected to the outer body, which is beneficial for maintenance and replacement of the parts.
