Abstract: An intelligent smog-penetrating optical imaging detection device and a method of thereof, and belongs to the technical field of photoelectric imaging. The intensity information, the spectrum information, and the polarization information of light are organically combined, the three functions of intensity imaging, spectrum imaging and polarization imaging can be achieved, traditional imaging detection is beneficially supplemented, smog can be penetrated, the image contrast of imaging is improved, and therefore the working distance is increased. The intensity information reflects the detection distance, the target shape, the target size and the like; the spectrum information reflects material components, surface morphology and the like of a space target; the polarization information reflects the material and roughness of the target and the contrast with the background; and the intensity, spectrum and polarization three-dimensional information is jointly applied, the image contrast can be increased by 2-3 times.

Abstract: A machine learning model that uses composite metrology data determines at least one parameter of a device under test using measured metrology data from the device. The composite metrology data is generated by merging measured metrology data from a reference device with synthetic metrology data calculated from a model of the reference device. The composite metrology data may be generated further based on a synthetic metrology data calculated from a model for a modified reference device. The modified reference device may be generated using variations of at least one parameter of the model to expand the parameter space of the training range.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a production apparatus of a motor laminated core and a method for producing the same, the production apparatus comprises an upper die assembly, a lower die assembly and an adhesive spraying device, the adhesive spraying device comprises an adhesive spraying plate, a first die plate and a second die plate successively from top to bottom, and channels are disposed between the plates, and respective channels communicate with first adhesive spraying openings and second adhesive spraying openings so as to coat an adhesive on a portion of a metal strip used for forming an core sheet, and after the core sheet is formed, a plurality of core sheets are cured and bonded at normal temperature in the production apparatus with the aid of a hydraulic cylinder so as to form a motor laminated core.

Abstract: A snapshot spatial dimension spectral polarization integrated imaging system and a design method thereof are provided. An objective lens generate an image of a target on a DMD; the DMD is disposed on a focal plane of the objective lens and connected to the computer; the computer controls an encoding matrix loaded on the DMD to encode information; the light is reflected to the primary mirror after being encoded, and then is reflected by the primary mirror to the convex grating for dispersion; the light is then reflected to the third mirror; an encoded image is produced on the micro polarizer array detector; polarization channel coding is completed; the micro polarizer array detector is connected to the computer; and the computer resolves compressive spectral polarization image based on spectral polarization coding data cube obtained on a target surface of the micro polarizer array detector.
