  • Publication number: 20020157226
Abstract: Apparatus for setting retaining ring bolts. The apparatus includes having gripping jaws for drawing the bolt and a sleeve with an anvil for cold working the retaining ring. A supporting device is positioned projecting beyond the anvil from the device and being movable against the force of a spring element parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bolt in the direction of the device.

  • Patent number: 6170562
Abstract: A device (200) for the exchange of thermal energy between an interior of a housing, more particularly for a telecommunication apparatus and an environment, in order to convey heat from the housing interior to the outside and, in this case, in order to maintain the internal temperature for the components involved within tolerated limits one heat exchanger block (11) possesses two fluid duct systems (12,16) which are separated from each other and that are in thermal energy-transmitting contact with each other, while a first fluid duct system (12) communicates with the housing interior and a second fluid duct system (16) communicates with the surroundings and each fluid duct system (12,16) has allocated to it one fluid pump (22,24) each for conveying a first working fluid (18) in the first fluid duct system (12) and a second working fluid (20) in the second fluid duct system (16).

  • Patent number: 6004086
Abstract: A breakable-stem blind rivet (5) is having a mandrel (10) with an enlarged head (12) which is positioned in a shell (20). Before the beginning of the setting operation, the shell (20) is having an exterior diameter which at all points is smaller than the interior diameter of the hole (4) in which the breakable-stem blind rivet is to be set. The breakable-stem blind rivet therefore without any preformed set head has basically the form of a hollow cylinder. Preferably the shell (20) on both sides of a central section (21) is provided with areas (23, 25) in which the shell (20) is more easily deformable than in the central section (21). An apparatus for setting the breakable-stem blind rivets of this kind is provided with a workpiece pressing means (32) surrounding a mouth piece (30) which with respect to the mouth piece (30) is relatively movable and is exerting a force onto the front side of the workpiece.

  • Patent number: 5655381
Abstract: The cooling device serves for the cooling of electric and electronic components and of batteries in a switch cabinet, in which case in a housing (101) of the cooling device (100), a first heat exchanger (20) for the formation of a first cooling system (K1) for the chamber accommodating the electric and electronic compoents and a second heat exchanger (26) for the formation of a second cooling system (K2) that is independent of the first cooling system (K1) for the chamber accommodating the batteries are disposed, wherein both heat exchangers (20,26) are supplied from a common compressor (15) (FIG. 9).
