  • Publication number: 20230237541
Abstract: The innovation disclosed and claimed herein, in one aspect thereof, comprises systems and methods of keystone activity based suggestions. The innovation detects a keystone activity of a user. The keystone activity is a planned event for the user such as recently purchased tickets to a specific show. Customer data of a financial institution is accessed where the customer data includes data of customers of the financial institution. A set of similar customers to the user is determined. Transaction data of the set of similar customers is determined and analyzed for likelihood of the user wanting to attend a secondary activity that is similar the set of similar customers. The secondary activity can be automatically scheduled for the user based on the keystone activity and the transaction data.

  • Patent number: 9088094
Abstract: A high-voltage power connector comprising mating plug and socket assemblies. The socket assembly can include a hollow core surrounded by a bellows assembly filled with an inert liquid that eliminates arcing when an electrical connection is formed or broken. Embodiments of the plug and socket assemblies can include multiple contacts that first couple in air before an electrical circuit is formed and as the plug and socket are mated additional contacts inside the socket assembly mate while surrounded by an inert arc-suppressing fluid.

  • Patent number: 7399392
Abstract: An electrochemical reformer 1 using reactant feed structures having both hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions to provide mechanisms for the wicking of liquid reactants into reformer 1 and for the separation and removal of gaseous products from reformer 1. The electrical reformer 1 may be combined with a fuel cell, a portion of the output of which is used to power reformer 1, to create a compact, portable power source.

  • Publication number: 20070182228
Abstract: A tubular recliner mechanism including an inner tube having a longitudinally extending row of first apertures formed therethrough and an outer tube having a row of longitudinally spaced apart second apertures extending between ends thereof in a rotationally offset pattern. The outer tube is coaxially positioned around and rotatable relative the inner tube. A pin assembly is carried by the inner tube and includes a plurality of pins extending outwardly through the row of first apertures in the inner tube. The recliner mechanism has a locked position wherein rotation of the outer tube relative to the inner tube is prevented and an unlocked position wherein the outer tube can rotate relative to the inner tube. In the locked position at least one of the plurality of pins extends through an aligned second aperture.

  • Publication number: 20070138797
Abstract: Improvements to wind farms and wind generators for harnessing wind energy or generating electricity from wind. Secondary wind turbines are provided at particular locations within a wind farm to generate additional electricity, in some embodiments, using a common electrical power collection system. Enclosures or venturis may surround wind turbines to facilitate mounting close to the ground. Venturis may accelerate wind speed through the turbine and may have a particular shape, may be made of particular materials arranged in particular ways, or both. In different embodiments, wind turbines may be axial-flow horizontal-axis turbines, or may be Savonius turbines, as examples. And in some embodiments, wind turbines may be combined with other power production equipment, such as solar power equipment, for instance.

  • Patent number: 6992888
Abstract: A module includes a cold plate. Solid-state heat sources are thermally mounted on the cold plate in a chamber defined by the cold plate and a lid. Cooling of the heat sources is enhanced by a dielectric liquid within the chamber. The liquid has a boiling point slightly below the temperatures of “hot” spots, to form small bubbles during operation, which enhance convection flow. The liquid may be a mixture of fluorocarbons of different boiling points. The liquid may contain diamond particles.
