  • Publication number: 20230334879
Abstract: A vehicular driver monitoring system includes an electronic control unit (ECU) disposed at a vehicle and a driver monitoring camera viewing a head of a driver present in the vehicle. Via processing at the ECU of image data captured by the driver monitoring camera and provided to the ECU, at least one selected from the group consisting of (i) driver drowsiness is detected and (ii) driver attention is detected. Responsive to detection of driver drowsiness and/or detection of driver attention, the vehicular driver monitoring system may generate an output. The output generated by the vehicular driver monitoring system may include an output selected from the group consisting of (i) a visual output viewable by the driver of the vehicle, (ii) an audible output generated by an audio device in the vehicle and (iii) a haptic output generated by a haptic device in contact with the driver of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20230288928
Abstract: A vehicular driving assist system includes a camera disposed in a vehicle and at least viewing driver hand positions of hands of a driver present in the vehicle. The vehicular driving assist system determines driver hand positions via processing of image data captured by the camera. The vehicular driving assist system compares determined driver hand positions to a plurality of discrete driver hand positions, which includes (i) a plurality of discrete driver hand positions at a steering wheel of the vehicle, and (ii) a plurality of discrete driver hand positions at an interior portion of the vehicle and not at the steering wheel of the vehicle. The vehicular driving assist system, responsive to processing of image data captured by the camera and based at least in part on comparison of determined driver hand positions to the plurality of discrete driver hand positions, determines a level of attentiveness of the driver.

  • Patent number: 11757817
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs stored on a computer-readable storage medium, for peer-to-peer location-based messaging. In some implementations, a mobile device selectively displays displayable messages associated with beacons corresponding to specific locations that the mobile device visits. The mobile device can extract identifiers from wireless messages from beacons and determine whether to display a message corresponding to a beacon based on filter parameters of a user and data indicating characteristics of a property where a beacon is located. The displayable messages corresponding to beacons can be messages users who associated with the beacons have previously designated for presentation upon detection of the beacons. The mobile device can display the displayable message for a beacon while the mobile device is a detection range to receive the wireless message from the beacon.

  • Patent number: 11676404
Abstract: A vehicular driver monitoring system includes an electronic control unit (ECU), memory that stores driver information, and a driver monitoring camera viewing a head of a driver present in the vehicle. When the driver is present in the vehicle, and via processing at the ECU of image data captured by the driver monitoring camera and provided to the ECU, the system recognizes the driver present in the vehicle as being one of the at least one potential driver of the vehicle having driver information stored in the memory, and the vehicular driver monitoring system accesses the driver information that is associated with the driver. Responsive to determination by the vehicular driver monitoring system that a geographical location of the accessed stored driver information corresponds to a current geographical location of the vehicle, the system generates an output for the driver that corresponds to the current geographical location of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11488397
Abstract: A customization system for a vehicle includes a control operable to generate an output in a vehicle, with the output being a visual output, an audible output and/or a haptic output. An occupant recognition system is operable to recognize a particular occupant in the vehicle. The control accesses previously input occupant selections that are stored in a memory of the customization system. Responsive to the occupant recognition system recognizing a particular occupant of the vehicle, the control accesses previously input occupant selections associated with that particular occupant and, responsive to an accessed previously input occupant selection corresponding to a current date or vehicle status or location, the control generates a predetermined output for that particular occupant that corresponds to the current date or vehicle status or location.

  • Patent number: 10616725
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for providing location-based messages using social network information. In some implementations, data received from a user device includes identifying data for a wireless transmitter detected by the user device. Stored data that indicates messages corresponding to wireless transmitters at different locations is accessed. The stored data may associate content of a social network with the wireless transmitters. A message corresponding to the wireless transmitter is determined based on the stored data. The determined message is provided for display at the user device while the user device is in proximity of the wireless transmitter.

  • Publication number: 20190311330
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of recruitment systems. The system comprises a memory, an input module, a talent reader, a repository, a talent pool creation module, and a pre-offer module. The candidates provide values corresponding to tags in a pre-defined resume format to generate a resume, read by the talent reader to extract the tag values and store in candidate repository. An assessment test for the candidate based on the pre-determined questionnaires and tag values is created, and responses of the test is assessed to generate a score for filtration of candidates. A recruiter sends a set of desired tag values which are extracted and mapped with the stored tag values to generate a mapped set of candidates for sending pre-offer letters. The system create a talent pool and reduces turnaround time of the selection process.
