  • Patent number: 6083385
Abstract: A cleansing system for removing pollutants from a liquid waste by being pumped from a source to a blend recycle tank. The blend recycle tank supplies liquid waste to a first receiving reactor tank through an overflow pipe. A circulating flow is established between the first receiving reactor tank and a primary reactor tank through a lower conduit and an upper overflow conduit. An ozone generator supplies ozone to the lower conduit. An upper gas fume conduit returns excess ozone from the primary reactor tank to said receiving reactor tank and to the supply of liquid being pumped from a source for further mixing of ozone and liquid waste.

  • Patent number: 5322623
Abstract: The local reclamation system includes an accumulation tank for a soiled solution. A tank outlet valve selectively allows a flow of the solid soiled solution into the remainder of the system. A blend conduit leads from the outlet valve. An oxidizing supply selectively provides an oxidizing agent to said soiled solution downstream of the outlet valve in the blend conduit. A blend pump receives the soiled solution with oxidizing agent to promote the flow of the soiled solution through the system and a more uniformed disposal of the oxidizing agent throughout the solution. A six stage filter section selectively removes particulate matter. A biologic stage promotes a sterile reclaimed solution and a solution accumulator accumulates and stores the solution. Repeated injections of oxidizing agents occur before filter stage sections and pumps. The reclaimed solution can be reused or discharged without penalty.

  • Patent number: 5320132
Abstract: Method and apparatus for including within a carrier fluid to be utilized in different areas at least one additive in a constant predetermined concentration and at least one other additive in varying concentration depending on the particular area of use. For example, this invention allows various concentrations of one chemical such as a lubricant in a carrier liquid such as water to be delivered to selected different areas while maintaining a constant concentration of other chemicals such as chelates and the like in the carrier liquid. Thus, the invention lends itself to an apparatus and method of treating a plurality of zones of a processing line with a liquid, the liquid comprising a treatment liquid and a stock liquid in combination such as to maintain the concentration of one or more constituents constant while varying the concentration of one or more other constituents. The invention particularly concerns the lubricating of conveyors as in bottling lines and the like.
