  • Publication number: 20050194479
Abstract: A spray nozzle is disclosed. The spray nozzle includes a nozzle body defining a first surface, a cap defining a second surface spaced apart from the first surface to define an annular nozzle opening therebetween, and a turbine having a plurality of radially extending fins circumferentially positioned about the nozzle opening for directing the flow of fluid exiting the nozzle opening. The turbine is rotatably connected to the cap such that the nozzle opening is free of any portion of the turbine. The spray nozzle further includes a grinding member.

  • Patent number: 6517757
Abstract: A pin for use in molding a part around an insert. The pin includes a shaft, and a head portion positioned at one end of the shaft. The head portion of the pin has a sharp edge which extends about at least a portion of its circumference. The pin is configured such that it may be positioned in a mold above an insert so that the molding material will flow across the upper surface of the head portion into the mold. A method of molding a part around an insert using the pin is also provided.

  • Patent number: 5176778
Abstract: A method for making fiberglass articles includes steps for forming fiberglass sections each having a smooth and an unfinished surface and a raised portion, placing unfinished surfaces wet with bonding agent in contact, thus defining a hollow interior channel adjacent to the raised portion, and evacuating the hollow interior channel to compressively hold the sections together while the fiberglass cures to form a single, integral fiberglass part having a smooth finish on all surfaces.
