Abstract: A microwaveable food storage container including a unitary base having a generally planar bottom portion and a sidewall extending generally upwardly therefrom, the sidewall of the base including base sealing means for cooperating with a lid to form a seal; an injection-molded lid provided with resettable freshness indicator means at least in part integrally formed with the lid; a resealable vent preferably with a hinged vent panel integrally formed in the lid; and lid sealing means for cooperating with the base sealing means to form an annular interference-fit seal when the lid and base are joined. Preferably the base is an injection-molded base formed from a polypropylene resin such as isotactic polypropylene. In other embodiments, the polypropylene resin composition comprises a propylene/ethylene copolymer.

Abstract: A disposable drinking device comprising a cup is disclosed. The cup defines a cup cavity and comprises a cup opening communicated with the cup cavity and a cup brim annularly associated with the cup opening. The cup brim comprises a brim curl having a lip configuration and a flare configuration. When the brim curl is in the lip configuration, the brim curl arcuately and concavely extends away from the cup opening to form a brim lip. When the brim curl is in the flare configuration, the brim curl arcuately and convexly extends away from the cup opening to form a brim flare. The described configuration results in the cup brim being destroyed when the lid is removed from the cup, making subsequent re-capping impossible.

Abstract: The present invention provides a utensil dispenser for dispensing a utensil. The dispenser includes a base, which defines at least one dispensing opening. At least one utensil is positioned on or adjacent to a top surface of the base. The dispenser includes a dispensing mechanism capable of moving the at least one utensil. The utensil is dispensed by the dispensing mechanism moving the utensil to fall through the dispensing opening.
