    Abstract: An abrasive member providing a working surface characterized by having a multiplicity of upstanding angularly extending ridges. Particles of an abrasive material, such as diamond, are affixed to the ridges in a manner so that as the tops of the ridges wear down, fresh particles of the abrasive material will become reembedded therein, thereby continually presenting a fresh cutting surface.
