    Abstract: A permanent magnet is disclosed for enhancing the performance of filters, particularly oil filters associated with internal combustion engines. The permanent magnet is attached to the bottom of the filter by its own magnetic attraction to the bottom metal portion of the end of the filter canister and requires no other means of attachment. A screwdriver slot is also provided to enable a screwdriver to be inserted to pry off the magnet from the filter canister when necessary. The magnet is re-usable and may be made in various sizes and shapes to fit the contour of the bottom of the canister.

    Abstract: A prefabricated concrete wall with outer and inner wall panels seperated by a rigid insulation panel and air cavities, that allows each wall to expand and contract independently. Mounting brackets are embedded in the panels to allow the inner panel to be raised and dropped into place and openings for doors and windows are provided as well as cavities for electrical service panels, plumbing, electrical boxes, etc. The outer panels are joined together by pins and the base mounting brackets have slotted holes to allow the panels to expand and contract. Also, the outer surfaces of both the inner and outer panels may have finished surfaces to take the appearance of stucco, bricks, stones, or wood panels, etc.
