Abstract: A tool for verifying the wetting of a “Hollow D” gasket adhesive sealing a panel, door or cabinet frame substrate and the like, including a pair of substantially symmetrical gripping surfaces having upper portions fastened together to receive a force gauge for measuring the upwards pulling on the gasket, and also having lower portions with inwardly facing extensions of a thickness equal to or less than that of the adhesive carrier for grasping the gasket when in place, and with a spacing between the facing extensions equal to or greater than the width of the adhesive carrier of the gasket.

Abstract: A lockable piano-type hinge assembly including a locking hinge piece in addition to two hinge pieces which include the hinge pin barrels. The hinge pin is secured to the locking hinge piece which has an opening aligned with a locking loop secured to one of the hinge pieces. When the hinge assembly is assembled, the locking loop extends through the opening of the locking hinge piece and a locking device is insertable through the locking loop to prevent relative movement of the locking hinge piece and removal of the hinge pin from the barrels.

Abstract: A hand tool for compressing a "Hollow D" gasket against an edge surface of a panel, door or cabinet frame including a handle, and also including a stepped-roller having a raised section for applying direct pressure substantially only at the central area of the gasket overlying the adhesive strip on its back surface, and not to its side areas, for allowing thorough wetting of the adhesive along the edge surface to be secured.

Abstract: A security bracket for use with a door latch mechanism of the type having a pivoting handle actuator disposed on the exterior of the door. The bracket is sandwiched between the door latch mechanism and the door and includes an opening through which the operating mechanism of the latch can extend through an opening in the door. The bracket includes a pair of tabs extending away from the door, each with an opening. A padlock shackle extends through the tab openings to overlie the door latch and prevent its operation.
