  • Publication number: 20240093439
Abstract: A curing machine for curing freshly-laid concrete slabs has a sprayer for spraying a curing agent—in particular, a dispersion—onto the fresh concrete slab in order to prevent premature drying out of the concrete. The curing machine includes a controller which works together with an operating unit for the automatic actuation of a pump and of shut-off elements of the liquid system of the sprayer. The controller is configured such that, by manual actuation of the operating unit, at least two operating modes from the group comprising filling mode A, spraying mode B, mixing mode C, and cleaning mode D can be selected, wherein, after selection of an operating mode, the at least one pump and the shut-off elements assigned to the selected operating mode are actuated in such a way that the selected operating mode is executed.

  • Publication number: 20230304232
Abstract: An adjustable width mold apparatus for a slipform paver includes a center portion and left and right sideform assemblies. The left and right sideform assemblies are movably mounted on a machine frame. Left and right actuators can independently move the left and right sideform assemblies relative to the machine frame. A mold width of the mold is adjustable without adjusting a width of the machine frame. The mold can be laterally shifted in position relative to the machine frame.

  • Patent number: 11339541
Abstract: An adjustable width mold apparatus for a slipform paver includes a center portion and left and right sideform assemblies. The center portion has left and right lateral ends. Left and right adjustable width support assemblies are connected between the sideform assemblies and the center portion. One or more spacers may be received between each sideform assembly and the center portion to adjust the width of the mold apparatus. The spacers may be hung on a plurality of hanger rods. Each of the hanger rods may have a hydraulic nut on one end thereof for clamping the spacers between the sideform assembly and the center portion.

  • Patent number: 11162233
Abstract: An adjustable width mold apparatus for a slipform paver includes a center portion and left and right sideform assemblies. The center portion has left and right lateral ends. Left and right telescoping support assemblies are connected between the sideform assemblies and the center portion. Laterally inner ends of the telescoping support assemblies are connected to the center portion laterally inward of the respective lateral ends of the center portion. One or more spacers may be received between each sideform assembly and the center portion to adjust the width of the mold apparatus.

  • Patent number: 9399842
Abstract: Texture curing machine for the subsequent treatment of freshly produced concrete layers, in particular concrete pavements, of a specified width, comprising a machine frame supported by ground-engaging units, where working devices are attached at the machine frame in a stationary fashion or movable transverse to the working direction, and the working devices comprise texturing devices for applying a texture into the not yet hardened surface of the concrete layer and/or spraying devices for discharging a curing agent, said working devices acting on the concrete layer in longitudinal direction or in transverse direction to the working direction, it is provided for the following features to be achieved: that the working devices for applying either a texture or a curing agent comprise both a working device acting in longitudinal direction and stationary in operation and a working device movable to and fro across the width of the concrete layer, where each is alternately transferable from a resting position into an
